“Accoglienza con i fiocchi”The Hospitality code of Ethicswas created in order to define the tourist offerings of the wineries associated with the Wine Tourism Movement, guaranteeing the visitor a unique experience that he will remember and talk about. The quality certification programme constitutes a “seal of guarantee” that is synonymous with professionalism in hospitality and whose goal is to make the client/consumer immediately aware of the quality of the service offered, through the distinctive symbol of the “Bollino dell’Accoglienza coi Fiocchi” (stamp of first-rate hospitality).Enacted by the Wine Tourism Movement and certified by 3A PTA, the Hospitality Decalogue consists in defining the prerequisites that must be guaranteed by all the member wineries of the Association. A visit to the winery therefore becomes the centre of a process which places value on the rural heritage of the area and allows the tourist to re-discover the most authentic cultural roots of the land.
