Bit 2016 in Milan

Delicious attractions in a high season lasting twelve months: this is the wine and food tourism offer which the Regione Puglia – Agro-Food Resources Office will present at the 36th BIT – International Tourism Fair, in Milan from 11th to 13th February. As usual, the Regione will be working in partnership with the Movimento Turismo del Vino Puglia and the Masserie Didattiche. Visitors will find Puglia at stands in Hall 9.. FUORI SALONEIn KITCHEN LOFT|MILANOPuglia will again this year issue an invitation to “Fuori Salone”, in parallel with the fair. On 11th February at 7pm The Movimento Turismo del Vino Puglia will be presenting the region’s wines at wine-tasting events and seminars led by regional experts. In the kitchen area, everyday from 11.30 to 5 p.m. try to make the famous orecchiette and join the cooking of the traditional regional dishes.
