The Fair is vitally important for the world’s wine trade. For three days China is the centre of attention for international wine and food and for the promotion and valorisation of regional excellences. This year Puglia has a range of events to offer visitors: wine-tasting, workshops and B2B meetings which highlight the variety and quality of the wines and food products so typical of this region in the “heel of Italy”.
